GYFLO-F – Glycopyrrolate + Formoterol are used together for the long-term maintenance therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes emphysema and chronic bronchitis. Bronchospasm, or wheezing or trouble breathing, is a symptom of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). COPD is a group of lung conditions that include chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of the bronchial tube) and emphysema (shortness of breath). Breathing becomes challenging in COPD because the muscles surrounding the airways stiffen.

This combined medication prevents tightening of the muscles in the airways and makes it easier for the air to get in and out. The secretions in the airways are reduced by glycopyrrolate. When taken together, FORMOTEROL FUMARATE+GLYCOPYRROLATE relieves COPD.

Alcohol – Do not consume alcohol after taking  Glycopyrrolate 25mg + Formoterol Fumarate 6 mg. It might cause increased dizziness and make you feel sleepy.

Pregnancy – If you are pregnant or planning to conceive then inform your doctor before taking this medication. Your doctor will prescribe this medication if the benefits outweigh the risks.
