Nasal ipratropium works to reduce the amount of liquid and mucus in the nose and it helps to deal with runny nose. Ipratropium bromide is an anticholinergic medicine. This medicine works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and making the airways wider. It helps to make breathing easier.

Stop using ipratropium nasal spray call your doctor right away and get emergency medical treatment if you experience any of these symptoms:

• skin rash hives swelling of the eyes,
• Face,
• Lips,
•  Tongue,
• Throat,
• Hands,
• Feet,
• Ankles,
•  Foot Problem,
• Problem with breathing or swallowing.

Where is my medicine?

Keep this medicine away from children and animals. Store at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius (68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit). Avoid high humidity. Do not freeze. This medicine should be discard after the expiration date has passed.

What should I know when using this medicine?

Tell your healthcare team if your symptoms don’t improve. Do not use other medications. This medication should begin to work within a day or two of treatment.

Do not spray this in your eyes. Irritation, pain, or a feeling of sadness may occur. If it gets into your eyes, rinse with plenty of cold water and contact your healthcare provider.
